I think that it could be fun to have a new gamemode: the shotty challenge! Sort of like RTF or Elimination, it could just be regular maps played with this new gamemode instead of CTF, and people can vote to play it in the lobby between matches.
In the shotty challenge, no paintballs can be used, only the shotgun. This makes the timing of one's shots be very important. When we make a casual game of the shotty challenge, people really enjoy it and it's a ton of fun. The only issue is, it often lowers people's KD/rating, which makes people less inclined to play. For this reason, if this gamemode was implemented, I think that it should not affect KD. Flag captures and team wins could still count, however.
