Hey guys, I have come up with a few possible new suggestions (not sure if someone has suggested these or similar to these). The rest is pretty self-explanatory, enjoy.

Kit Name: Necromancer
Kit Function: The kit will give the player 2 Endermite bombs. These bombs can be thrown, upon impact, it will spawn 1 or two Endermites randomly in a set area which will attack the nearest player. To kill an Endermite you will need to hit it with a snowball or punch it once.
Kill Streaks:
-3: Player receives 1 or 2 extra bombs to throw.
-5: The aggro area will increase. The Endermites now have a larger range when spawned.
-7: Player will receive 1 bomb after every reload, maximum of 2.
Notes: This kit probably has been suggested previously. This doesn't have to be Endermites it can be any mob.

Kit Name: No name (Suggest a name below?)
Kit Function: This gives the player 2 'drunk bombs'. These bombs will be thrown and will give any players, within a certain range of impact, nausea effect for 5 seconds.
Kill Streaks:
-3: Player will receive 2 more bombs and the range will increase by 2 or 3 blocks.
-5: Nausea effect will last for longer, instead of 5 seconds it will now be 8 seconds.
-7: Player will receive 1 bomb every reload, maximum of 2. Nausea effect will be more intense (Higher level of nausea).

Kit Name: Psychosis (Taken from Call of Duty Black Ops 3)
Kit Function: When activated it will spawn 3 zombies, it will also turn you into a zombie for 3 seconds. This is to confuse the enemy. in this time you may shoot but it will give away which zombie you are. After 5 seconds the zombies will despawn, this will give the wearer plenty of time to get away from the fight. To kill a zombie you must hit it 2 times with a snowball for it to despawn. The cooldown will be 25 seconds, to begin with.
Kill Streaks:
-3: Cooldown is reduced to 20 seconds.
-5: Number of zombies increase to 5.
-7: Duration of player being zombie will increase to 5 seconds, zombies will despawn after 7 seconds.
Notes: Personally this kit would be very strong to escape fights and confuse the enemy.

I am not creating a poll for this due to it being pointless, if you have any suggestions or changes to these please feel free to comment. :)

The second one with no name that gives you nausea is basically a worse version of the old agent. I really wish they would change the new agent back to the old one, but that kit that you mentioned would still allow you to see, instead of agent which blinds you and slows you down from sprinting.

IMO The second kit reminds me of old and not updated. I feels like a totally new gaming adding some kit like that.
